SHIPPING POLICY

ICE OUT OF MPLS is a small independent print operation. Orders are packed and fulfilled individually. Please review the following shipping terms before placing an order.



Processing Time



Most orders are produced after purchase. Please allow 3–10 business days for production and packing unless otherwise stated on the product page.


During periods of high demand, equipment maintenance, supply delays, or severe weather, processing times may be extended.



Shipping Methods



Orders are typically shipped using standard parcel carriers such as USPS, UPS, or similar services.

Shipping method selection is determined at our discretion unless otherwise specified at checkout.


Delivery time estimates provided by carriers are not guaranteed.



Local Delivery – Minneapolis Metro



For customers located within the Minneapolis–St. Paul metropolitan area, ICE OUT OF MPLS may choose to hand deliver orders instead of shipping through a carrier.


Local delivery may be used for logistical efficiency, cost control, or scheduling reasons.


Shipping charges paid at checkout will not be refunded or reduced when local delivery is used.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that fulfillment method is determined solely by ICE OUT OF MPLS.


We may contact you to coordinate delivery timing or location when applicable.



Shipping Rates



Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, packaging requirements, and destination.

Rates may include materials, handling time, and transportation costs.



Risk of Loss



Risk of loss transfers to the customer once an order is delivered to the shipping carrier or completed through local delivery.


ICE OUT OF MPLS is not responsible for:


  • Carrier delays
  • Weather-related delivery disruptions
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation




Shipping Damage



If your order arrives visibly damaged, you must notify us within 5 days of delivery and provide photographs of both packaging and product.

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may prevent replacement or refund.



Address Accuracy



Customers are responsible for entering correct shipping information.

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping charges before reshipment.



International Shipping



If international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or related fees imposed by their country.



Delivery Refusal



We reserve the right to refuse shipment or delivery in situations involving safety concerns, suspected fraud, or misuse of products.
